After a video of a large light Brahma from Kosovo went viral on Facebook, ABC news featured this breed on their website and in a few radio interviews.

The Brahma & Cochin Club of Australia 2014 Annual Show was held on Sunday the 3rd of August in Queenbeyan NSW. This year the annual show was again hosted by the Canberra Queanbeyan Poultry Club Inc. (CQPC), as part of their 2014 Annual and Rare breed show. The 2014 show of The Brahma and Cochin Club of Australia was our club's most successful show to date, with a record number of entries totaling 162 Brahma and Cochin!

Hi all, if you are planning on going to the show dinner at 6.30 pm on the 2nd of August at the Golden Age Motor Inn. To avoid dissapointment please ensure you contact the Canberra Queanbeyan Poultry Club and let them know asap that you would like to attend. Brittany and Rialeigh Win Major awards at the Central Coast Poultry Club 2013 Annual Show.

The Central Coast Poultry Club annual Show is the 2nd largest annual poultry show in NSW. Second only to the Sydney Royal show. The quality of birds benched at the show is always very high.

This years show took place in late May and two of our members Brittany Mathe (17 yrs old) and Rialeigh Mathe (18 yrs old) both benched Brahma and Cochin.

2012 Royal Canberra National

The largest poultry show in the Southern Hemisphere occurs every four years in our nation’s capital. In June this year the Royal National Capital Agricultural Society hosted the National Show at Exhibition Park in Canberra. Four of our members attended the show with their Brahma and Cochin. It was a great opportunity to promote our breeds and learn from experts. Despite around 2000 entries being rejected, over 5000 birds were entered!
